HealthPATH partners with local schools and organizations to improve educational opportunities and long-term employment prospects for underserved students—and promote healthy communities for all.

HealthPATH offers a range of work-based learning activities that support students at every stage of the learning continuum, from career awareness and exploration to career preparation and, ultimately, career training.

Through hands-on internships and exceptional on-site experiences, HealthPATH and its partners improve the educational outlook and long-term employment prospects for low-income students.

Research has shown that in order for work-based learning experiences to transform the academic outcomes and long-term employment prospects of low-income students of color, partners must work together to ensure a cohesive experience that seamlessly merges classroom instruction and student supports with hands-on experience.
