HealthPATH College Internships

HealthPATH is a career and workforce development program of Alameda Health System (AHS) that was launched in 2015 as a direct way to address the lack of healthcare professionals coming from racialized communities. HealthPATH aims to improve the lives of the young people in Alameda County by providing education and training that will lead to careers in healthcare. Our vision is to contribute to the health and economic well-being of the communities AHS serves by providing an on-ramp to healthcare employment through career exploration, training, and mentoring offered by our diverse, dedicated workforce.
